Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Service Description

TheScraper is an AI-powered scraper and search tool that queries publicly available Swedish sources — including Eniro, Allabolag and Merinfo — and presents the results in structured form with export, AI assistant and list management. Sign-in supports email/password and Google OAuth. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify features over time.

3. License & Ownership of Output

You retain ownership of the lists, exports and prompts you create. We grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use the AI output for your own business and personal purposes, subject to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.

The TheScraper software, brand and underlying models remain our intellectual property.

4. Payment & Coins

TheScraper säljs som engångsköp av coins — inget abonnemang, ingen automatisk förnyelse. 1 coin = 1 sparad kontakt. Misslyckade skrapningar (0 träffar) dras inte. Priser är i SEK inkl. moms där tillämpligt.

Giltighetstid: Köpta coins är giltiga i 12 månader från köpdatum. Oanvända coins efter 12 månader förfaller utan ersättning.

Återbetalning: Använda coins återbetalas inte — vi har redan betalat våra leverantörer för datan. Endast värdet av oanvända coins i ditt saldo kan återbetalas. Se Återbetalningspolicy.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to harass individuals, to build competing AI models, or in ways that violate the Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Disclaimer & Liability

The service is provided "as is". AI output may contain inaccuracies — see the AI Disclaimer. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time from your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

8. Governing Law

Svensk lag. Tvister avgörs vid Stockholms tingsrätt.
