Filing a Notice

Send notices to Support@thescraper.se with the subject "DMCA / IP Notice" and include:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work or IP.
2. The URL or description of the allegedly infringing material on our service.
3. Your contact information.
4. A statement of good faith belief that use is unauthorised.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notice

If material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with equivalent information.

Repeat Infringers

We terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
