- Attempting to extract non-public information, bypass rate limits or reverse-engineer the service.
- Deceptive use of contact data (impersonation, phishing, fraud).
- Resale of raw exports as a stand-alone database.
Responsible Use
- Respect opt-outs and NIX-registret for marketing calls.
- Honour GDPR rights when processing exported contact data.
- Keep API keys and exports confidential.
Enforcement
Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund, and reporting to authorities where required.
